Product Description

Ledteks manufactures monofilament woven elastic used in medical applications, specifically designed to meet the structural needs of medical corsets. We produce monofilament woven elastics in widths ranging from 5 cm to 32 cm. Our standard production sizes include 6 cm, 13 cm, 16 cm, 26 cm, and 32 cm, available in skin tone and black colors.

In addition to monofilament elastics, our company also manufactures the side fabric components used in medical corsets, such as 2.2 cm bias tape, 3–4 cm webbing, and hook-and-loop fastener fabric. Custom color and pattern options are available based on customer requirements.

The gipe elastic used in our monofilament woven elastics ensures excellent stretch and recovery performance even after repeated use, maintaining elasticity and shape over time. This makes our products ideal for orthopedic and medical textile applications where consistent pressure and flexibility are required.
